AGREEMENT

Infinite New Zealand Education Solution is a registered company completely operating in New Zealand.

Following are the terms and conditions to be agreed upon by signing this agreement.

1. I understand that all nursing council registrations have certain requirements that the outcome will always depend on my qualification, competency and eligibility to prove with registration bodies. Infinite New Zealand Education Solution will not be liable for the rejection or denial of application due to non-fulfilment of requirements. I agree it to be my sole responsibility.

2. I agree that initial registration fee will be paid within 2 weeks of initial process and all other payments to be made within one month of completion of services.

3. I agree that the authentication and originality of my certificates are my responsibility.

4. I agree that all the supporting documents submitted by me to Infinite New Zealand Education Solution are genuine and legally valid.

5. I expressly declare that the information provided at the time of registration is true and accurate.

6. I agree that I will be solely responsible to face legal consequences, if found by any agency for submitting any fraudulent or falsified documents and certificates through Infinite New Zealand Education Solution.

7. I authorize Infinite New Zealand Education Solution to use and retain submitted copies of my certificates.

8. I agree submitting verified certificates to agencies like CGFNS, Nursing Registration Bodies, Schools, Colleges and University is my responsibility.

9. I understand the time frame for registration, admission and total process is not in control of Infinite New Zealand Education Solution. I agree to wait until other agencies, school, college or registration body approve or complete it.

10. I understand Infinite New Zealand Education Solution will not guide or provide suggestions for my visa processing. I agree I will seek advice from Immigration Lawyers or Registered Immigration advisors in New Zealand for my visa application.

11. I assure visa processing is my sole responsibility and I will directly communicate to my lawyer or registered immigration advisor.

12. I agree that at any stage of process, if I decide to discontinue registration or in case of incomplete registration due to any reason, Infinite New Zealand Education Solution has no responsibility and I am responsible and liable to pay the services provided by Infinite New Zealand Education Solution till the date of discontinuation.

13. I agree to pay service charges as Infinite New Zealand Education Solution inform and accept the changes if additional services are used by me from time to time.

14. I agree that services namely airport pickup, arrangement of accommodation and other such services will be charged as additional cost.

15. I authorize and allow Infinite New Zealand Education Solution to act and interact on my behalf with all agencies, schools, colleges and university involved in my registration or admission process.

16. I understand that there is possibility of any manual errors to occur during entry or filling applications by the staff of Infinite New Zealand Education Solution and I agree to work in co-operation with them for its correction.

17. I agree that any legal disputes relating to delay in payment of services provided by Infinite New Zealand Education Solution will be claimed by the Company legally in the Court of Law of that jurisdiction.

18. I agree that such legal expenses in Court of Law and of payments to other institutions will be made completely by me.

19. I assure that during any stage of processing, I will maintain discipline and never use abusive language or show aggressive behavior towards staffs of Infinite New Zealand Education Solution. If it occurs, I accept the processing to be terminated by company and I agree to pay complete service charges.

20. I agree that filling the registration form and initial registration payment done now through the portal or website is only for the registration and it does not have any services included. Services will charged extra and it will be decided once you talk to one of our team members.

21. Any payment done to Infinite New Zealand is not re fundable at any stage.

22. I understood that any course or studies failures or success is my sole responsibility and I do understand that infinite New Zealand has no responsibility in my outcome of the course.

23. Submitting this form confirm that I have read all the above 23 points and agree to that.
